General information concerning the toxic release inventory 
project is in the file tri_meta.dat.

The toxic release inventory data (TRI) is organized as one
point coverage with multiple related files.  The related 
files are in info format.

The naming scheme for the related info files and the 
attribute definitions for those files is explained 
in  the file tri_att.txt.  

Standard GRANIT data documentation files, TRINH.DOC and 
TRINH.PCODE are included.  An info format file from the 
EPA, TRINH.DOC_EPA, is included as well.
