| Abstract: This dataset is the result of a multi-year effort led by the NHDES Coastal Program to compile and categorize coastal habitat restoation projects in the state of New Hampshire over the period from 1990 to present day. Generally, all of the coastal restoration projects within this dataset share the following qualities: 1) Located in the New Hampshire Coastal Zone communities; 2) Pro-actively restored jurisdictional coastal habitat; and 3) Received a dredge and fill permit from the NHDES Wetlands Bureau. Project types include oyster, eelgrass, living shoreline, salt marsh, dune, and river restoration. | |
