                         0 = other (Level 3 or 4 parcel, outlot, etc.)

CONSBUF500   500' buffer around all valid conservation lands.
      
             CONSBUF:  1 = valid conservation parcel
                       2 = 500' buffer around conservation parcel
                       3 = other (outlot)

             This was created by expanding the conservation lands
             to a one town buffer around the I-93 study area,
             selecting out appropriate Level 1, 2, or 2A parcels,
             buffering, and then clipping back to the I93 boundary.
